Field Representative
Key Responsibilities:
Knock on 100 doors per day to generate interest in solar energy solutions.
Engage with homeowners to provide basic information about solar energy and its benefits.
Book appointments for the sales team to conduct further consultations.
Maintain a positive, professional demeanor while representing the company.
Meet or exceed daily appointment-setting goals.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
Prior sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Comfortable working outdoors and in various weather conditions.
